 Are you already familiar with RPG/400? If so, probably the quickest was to get accustomed to RPG 4 is to use the convert utility (CVTRPGSRC?). If your trying to get a handle on ILE (which is quite a bit more complicated) try IBM's web site, or Bob Cozzi has some books that are good.
